Little Black Dress

Everyone should have one of these, and especially in mesh! I'm talking about a little black dress of course, and this one is called Nolita from Maitreya. Most of the time when I wear mesh I have to wear the medium or the large, as even though I'm super short my avatar has a pretty healthy frame. With this dress however I can easily wear the small and not feel like any of my curves are gone, yay! My shoes are from n.core, easily my favorite brand when it comes to shoes. Something about the matte skin tone on the feet works well with the skins I wear and the range in styles go from classy to sassy and everywhere in between.

As you can see, I put the new mesh hair on again, called Capture. It just works so well when you want to do something classic. I took a close up picture so you could see my lovely necklace from Donna Flora. If you've never been there before, zOMG. Run, don't walk! She makes some of the loveliest and complicated jewelry in Second Life, hands down.

Due to rl circumstances (Dell is taking my laptop away for two weeks so they can "fix" it) I won't be posting much for a while. I will be putting a few looks together and hopefully I'll be able to blog them during the down time. Since it's really just me reading this anyways I doubt anyone will care. ^-^

I'm all casual for today's post, and slightly Eighties-fied. Teehee. I needed something comfortable and fun and snuggly and this mesh sweater from Ricielli fit the bill perfectly! I've had these leggings from forever from Fishy Strawberry and I love them. Have you tried the mesh feet from Slink yet? I can't live without them these days. If I'm barefoot, they're on.

I really dig this necklace from *Gabriel*. It's a group gift, and is available for both men and women. I gave mine to my partner Doc and we both wear it at the same time. ^-^ The earrings are mesh too, from bellballs. I think I got them at TDR but don't quote me on that! Anyone else hate hands in sl? My hand looks like a big man mitt. *grumbles*

I've been Captured

I decided after yesterday's rather casual no pants look I'd dress up a little more today. This is me in my most common look at the moment. Slightly sexy secretary maybe? My friend Cheyenne wore this sexy little dress from The Whore Mansion as a shirt with a pair of jeans and I totally had to copy her look with my own little twist, a vintage skirt from Artilleri.

My hair is the latest mesh release from Magika, called Capture. Isn't it great? It has just the right amount of length and femininity to make me squee like a schoolgirl. Even better, you have have a slew of different color options with the attached HUD.

Yes yes, I know I don't have pants on. I found this AMAZING sweater at the Festival of Sin event from Kyoot and with the accompanying socks how could I cover them up with pants? Believe me, I dug through my inventory. Heh. I decided to settle on this fabulous pajama set from Pig and finish up with some great slippers from Zaara. And seriously, does anyone on the grid NOT have this beautiful mesh hair from Elikatira? I swear, I don't ever want to take it off!

Hi? Hm. *coughs* Well hello there. *swings her arms back and forth* Okay. I'm just gonna blog my looks of the day (hopefully each day) because I've been told I dress myself fairly well!
